When your pet is having an urgent need that’s more emergent than waiting days for a vet appointment, but not needing absolute life saving immediate care, it’s important to take them somewhere you know they will be cared for and you won’t be priced completely out of your budget. I came here tonight (10/12) because my pet needed care. Not only was I able to do an online “placeholder” for my pet, I was met with immediate care, and true compassion from the vet and vet techs. While pet care is expensive, and I agreed to the estimate, I ended up paying LESS than what I was quoted. I feel sometimes vets (or other professionals) can give you a quote that you agree to, but won’t know if that whole service is used… and therefore you pay for more than what you end up getting. If you are looking for urgent care for your pet, I genuinely, highly recommend this office. Extra shout out to Chloe who helped me through the process tonight, I felt like she really cares and loves her job, and the animals and families that come in. Thank you!

Doctor Wells was amazing. I came in so stressed about my 3 pound dog she has been in pain and discomfort for a few days. She never even cried giving birth so I knew something was wrong when she’d cry just petting her. Luckily with the help of his assistant, Christine ( awesome beautiful very well educated young lady) it took them less than an hour to do her exams and figure out the problem. I’m very relived and happy with my decision to come here. Thank you from myself and peaches (the pup) and her brothers. We’re looking forward to her recovery !

Amazing Experience. Unfortunelty our dog ate some cookies he was not supposed to and had a ear infection. Staff and Provider was very caring , respectful, detail orientated. Staff and Provider Explained everything step by step. Great feeling knowing our dog was in good hands. Highly recommend this place.

I took my 11 week old GSD puppy to UrgentPaws yesterday. He had bloody Diarrhea at 9:30 am in the morning and was seen by a vet tech at 11:00. UrgentPaws took such great care of him and had amazing bedside manner. They answered all my questions, eased my worry, were very gentle when examining him, and my puppy seemed very at ease the whole time. I would highly recommend coming here if your little one ever needs emergency care.

UrgentPaws took amazing care of my kitten tonight after a big scare we had! We were seen as soon as we came in and they went above and beyond with their questions and information. My kitten got so much love and care while we were there. Extremely grateful for such an amazing office and outstanding team! When my 19 year old Kitten reached the end of her time I ended up taking her here to end her suffering. The staff were all so compassionate, caring and supporting. The whole process was done with such care for both Kitten and for me. And then a couple of weeks later they sent a thank you/condolences card. I am appreciative and grateful that I found this place for those last moments.

Took our American bully in for a sudden rash. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and experienced. They thoroughly explained all our options and helped us make a decision based on what we were comfortable with. Definitely will go again for emergency needs!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this animal urgent care! I called ahead because my cat was in respiratory distress, and they were ready and waiting for him the moment we arrived. They immediately took him back and made sure he received the care he needed during a very scary situation. What impressed me even more was the level of care after we left. They checked in on him the next day to see how he was doing. When we found out he had a bacterial infection and my other cat began showing symptoms, they were able to help with her as well. They even helped us figure out that our new rescue kitten was most likely the carrier of the infection. On top of all of that, the staff took the time to show me the best way to administer medication to my very sassy and uncooperative cats—which was incredibly helpful! From the moment I called, I felt like they genuinely cared about my cats and wanted to help our entire furry family. Their compassion, responsiveness, follow-up, and willingness to go above and beyond meant so much to us. I am incredibly grateful for the care they provided and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing urgent care for their pet.

Truly the best vet experience I’ve had (and my dog has been to the vet A LOT). Chloe , the VTA, helped me from the time I called through the end of my visit. She was incredibly kind, attentive, empathetic, and understanding and made sure both my dog and me were comfortable. The doctor and vet tech, Sydney and Dr. Colon were both knowledgeable, thorough, answered all of my questions and took great care of my dog and were able to successfully treat him . They were also both incredibly kind. Communication was clear and they were upfront about the cost, which was an absolutely reasonable price . If your pet needs urgent care, come here! Thank you team!

The last time we had to take one of our dogs in for urgent care, we waited literally 4 hours. My husband found UrgentPaws and we said we would come here instead for the next time something happened. Well that day came this past Sunday. We took our 15 year old Shih Tzu in at 10AM as soon as they opened. We got a room right away and were in and out within an hour . The following day, we even received a follow up in to ask how she was doing. That was the most amazing experience we’ve ever had. So glad they opened so close to us.

I took my cat to Urgent Paws to be seen for an eye and ear concern. I was immediately greeted by Christine (VT) and taken to an exam room. Christine was friendly and welcoming while explaining the services offered, including fees. Dr. Colon examined my sweet boy and was just as friendly and welcoming as Christine. My cat has been known to be slightly skittish during vet visits, but he was calm as could be during the whole process. I appreciated Christine and Dr. Colon explaining each step and answering all of my questions. Amazing service by staff who made it apparent they love their jobs.

I was able to get in same day at Urgent Paws in Rancho Cucamonga when my 7 year old Lab (Cleo) seriously injured her back leg. The customer service and care we received were truly above and beyond anything I could have asked for. The entire staff treated us with such kindness, compassion, and genuine care. They were able to treat Cleo, help us understand the situation, and refer us to an Orthopedic Specialist for the next steps in her treatment. The following day, I received a follow-up call to check on how Cleo was doing, which meant a lot to us. I also received a quick response when I needed her medical records sent over to the Orthopedic Specialist. I would highly recommend Urgent Paws in RC to anyone. thank you so much to the entire staff! We truly appreciate everything you did for our sweet girl! 🩷

I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular vet, so I found UrgentPaws online and was able to get in right away when it was time to say goodbye to my sweet 16½-year-old dog, Stella. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was kind, compassionate, and respectful. They brought us into a quiet, comfortable room with a couch, soft blankets, and calming music playing in the background. They even offered Stella whipped cream and a Hershey’s Kiss as a special treat. She was too sick to enjoy them, but the gesture was incredibly thoughtful and showed how much they cared. They carefully explained the process, went over the options for her ashes, and even collected payment beforehand so I wouldn’t have to think about that afterward. Although it was one of the hardest days of my life, I’m so grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed Stella and our family. They made sure she was comfortable and at peace, and I’ll always be thankful for the care they gave her in her final moments.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have found this veterinary clinic. We recently had to say goodbye to my mom’s beloved dog, and the compassion and kindness shown by the entire staff meant a lot to me. They gave us the time, space and support we needed and never made us feel rushed. Grateful for the Dr who came in that day to help us. He was an angel.

I just so blessed that we went to this beautiful team of people, they quickly put us in a very nice big room, and asked us how we can help out my sweet baby! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Urgent Paws in Rancho Cucamonga! ❤️ When my sweet cat, Nala, needed care, the entire team made what could have been a very scary and stressful experience feel so much more manageable. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient. They were so gentle with Nala, who is definitely not a fan of vet visits, and they went out of their way to make her feel comfortable with treats, love, and reassurance. Not only did they take amazing care of my girl, but they also took the time to keep me calm and informed throughout the process. They even helped me utilize Cherry financing, which made it possible for me to get Nala the care she needed without added financial stress. Honestly where do I begin, I found this hospital trying to look for immediate attention for my dog they were able to take care of him immediately and were super kind from the moment I walked in, I went alone and was afraid of my dog being uncomfortable the staff reassured me in every which way and made sure everything was budget friendly they recommended me to a vet in rialto and helped with my dog eddie he has been the happiest and healthiest dog ever since. I went to my normal vet for my cat and was made to feel like i was crazy for thinking my cat was sick i thought of this place since they took good care of my dog i went and they took care of my baby even though he was in pain they made sure my cat felt safe especially with the way his normal vet handled him they handled him with such care and compassion the doctor is always so helpful i wish this business all the best in the world because truly i have never felt much safer with my pets then here thank you all for being to welcoming and caring about my furry babies
